Your (company) name is saved because we prefer not to address you with your customer number. We need address and place to send invoices, contact you or drop by!

Email address

We will retain your email address to allow us to send you messages relating to the service or product you purchase from us. We may also use your email address to send newsletters. Of course you have the possibility to unsubscribe from our newsletter.

Telephone number

We use your telephone number to contact you with regard to the service or product you purchase from us.

OTHER DATA WE PROCESS

We also collect personal data that is not intended for the performance of a contract. We do this on the basis of a legitimate interest or with your consent. This data comprises:

Work-related personal data

If you are applying for a job with us, we would of course like to know what you have to offer. We will delete your submitted data, such as CV, application letter, portfolio or job assignment, if you are not taken on, within four weeks. If we wish to contact you at a later date, we will first ask your permission to keep your data for longer.

Cookies

We place the following cookies:

  • A session cookie, which we can use to track and ensure that completed forms actually arrive;
  • A cookie that allows us to see if your browser supports the use of JavaScript;
  • Google Analytics cookie. This does not allow us to collect any personal information about you, but it does allow us to track your use of the website so that we can improve our website.

WHAT DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?

Of course, we do not process your personal data without reason. We need it for the purpose of:

  • Contacting you with regard to the agreement we have entered into, for example sending e-mails;
  • Treating responses to our job adverts;
  • Gaining insight into the use of our website, so that we can improve it where necessary and thus offer a better experience.

We will not use your personal data for purposes other than those discussed above, unless you have given us your prior consent or we are obliged by law to do so.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under the applicable Dutch and European legislation, you, as a data subject, have certain rights with regard to the personal data that is processed by us or on our behalf. We will explain below what these rights are and how you can invoke them.

Initially, in order to prevent misuse, we only send copies of your data to your email address already known to us. If you wish to receive the information at another e-mail address or, for example, by post, we will ask you to provide proof of identity. We keep records of completed requests; in the event of a request to forget, we will record anonymised data. You will receive all copies of data in the machine-readable data format that we use within our systems.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at any time if you suspect that we are using your personal data in a wrong way.

Right of inspection

You always have the right to inspect the data processed by us or on our behalf that relates to you personally or from which you are identifiable. You can make a request to this effect to our point of contact for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a copy of all data to the e-mail address known to us with an overview of the processors that are in possession of this data, stating the category in which we have stored this data.

Right to rectification

You always have the right of modification of the data that is processed by us or on our behalf that relates to you personally or from which you are identifiable. You can make a request to this effect to our point of contact for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation of adjustment of the data to the e-mail address known to us.

Right to restriction of processing

You always have the right to limit the data processed by us or on our behalf that relates to you personally or from which you are identifiable. You can make a request to this effect to our point of contact for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.

Right to data portability

You always have the right to have another party process the data processed by us or on our behalf that relates to you personally or from which you are identifiable. You can make a request to this effect to our point of contact for privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies or copies of all data about you that we have processed or that has been processed by other processors or third parties on our behalf to the e-mail address known to us. In all probability, we will in such cases no longer be able to continue to provide services, because the safe linking of data files can then no longer be guaranteed.

Right of objection and other rights

In such cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of JetConsult B.V.. If you object, we will immediately cease the data processing in anticipation of the handling of your objection.
